AFTERCARE for your new TATTOO

After one hour, remove the bandage, and wash your new tattoo gently with a mild soap like dial. USE YOUR HAND!, not a facecloth or sponge! pat your new tattoo dry (dont rub!) and leave it a little moist. coat your new tattoo gently but liberally with some lotion,(cocoa butter lotion, Nivea, Euecerin, or Lubriderm are some of my favorites.) use liberally. keep it moist with lotion all the time for at least 2 weeks. after that use lotion when its dry and DONT PICK ANY SCABS OR DRY SKIN!!!!! if its dry and itchy put on some lotion!.
after about a week you will notice that its peeling or flaking while you put on lotion or are washing. this is normal and nothing to worry about.... however, DONT PICK!!! because this will take out color and leave a mark.
your tattoo will be healed in 2-4 weeks, and if you follow these instructions it will heal faster. Good luck and THANK YOU!

Please remember, if you have a question...
